Pokok Chengal kat Pasir Raja Terengganu

Situated near the border of Taman Negara, this huge forest reserve is home to the world's largest Chengal tree. It is estimated to be around 1,300 years old with a diameter of 16.75 meters and a height of 65 meters. The wood of Chengal trees is mainly used for building purposes as it is known to be extremely durable.
